About us
Project CARE is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being.
Project CARE encompasses
Compassion
A sense of kindness and concern for those in distress & facing struggles
Awareness
An understanding of the bases of mental health & its importance as well as shedding light on issues that are often overseen
Education
Provision of training for volunteers and leaders so they may be able to creatively impart or incorporate important elements of mental health within clubs and communities
Reach
We aim at maximum outreach through a global and community-based level via club-based activities, events and programs
One of the ways we achieve this goal is through our Project CARE Clubs, which bring together individuals who are passionate about mental health and well-being.
Our clubs are led by volunteer leaders and members who work together to create positive change in their communities, institutions, and organizations.
By initiating and participating in club activities, members of Project CARE can make a real difference in the lives of those around them.
At Project CARE, we believe that mental health is a fundamental human right, and everyone deserves to receive the care and support they need. We are committed to breaking down barriers to access mental health care, reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness, and promoting a culture of wellness that prioritizes mental health.
Join us in our mission to create a more caring, compassionate world, one person at a time.
Mission
We aim to provide adequate and necessary mental health support that is missing from the current systems, institutions and social settings at not just a global level of accessibility but rather a more community or local-based level with the intent of providing maximum outreach.
Vision
Through inclusivity, training and collaborations we intend to help as well as empower members and the communities they support or build clubs in by assisting them in
developing a mind and zeal for creativity and change in the field of mental health.
