By joining a club, you will be a member of a community and will always have somewhere to go when you’re struggling with your mental health. You will have a community to rely on if you ever need it.

Connect with other people that may be going through the same things as you, or may have gone through it in the past. You will be able to:

Have a safe space to talk about it
